My first project

I have decided that my first project will be english muffins. I have made them once before and they were only so-so which made me all the more curious to see if I could master this bread. So soon to come my experience, including pictures, of making this most delicious breakfast treat;)

Here goes!

I have discovered my love of bread making! I love the smell of it, I love the feel of it and most importantly I love the way people react when I give them a nice fresh homemade loaf of bread! So I thought I would journal my way through learning all kinds of things about bread making. Who knows maybe I will branch out and do more than bread. Time will only tell:) I am toying with the idea of getting licensed and selling my breads and other goodies, so if you are reading this and have any handy advice please share!
